Deploying an Insured Vault

Requirements

Insured Vault are designed to be protocol-agnostic and compatible with a wide range of vault standards, such as ERC-4626. The current requirements for the vault being insured are:

• ERC-20 compatible vault shares

• Transferable vault shares

• A convertToAssets(shares) function

• Non-rebasing or fee-on-transfer vault shares

Process

Deploying a new Insured Vault is straightforward with the appropriate expertise. However, it involves several interconnected steps, such as creating, funding, and managing the associated coverage policy, as well as continuously settling end-user deposit and withdrawal requests and is therefore currently permissioned.
